ZONING ORDINANCE UPDATE THURSDAY, OCTOBER 27, 2022

Pursuant to the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act (Public Act 110 of 2006), notice is hereby given that the City of Au Gres Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 27, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. at the Au Gres City Hall for the purpose of considering text amendments to the Zoning Ordinance that affects the entire City. The purpose of the public hearing is to explain the proposed amendments to the Zoning Ordinance to the public and receive public comments. All interested parties are welcome to attend and present their comments.
The proposed updated Zoning Ordinance and updated Zoning Map are available for public inspection at the Au Gres City Hall, 124 W Huron Road, Au Gres, MI 48703 during regular business hours.
Written comments concerning the proposed updated Zoning Ordinance may be submitted to the City at the above location prior to the hearing and will be made part of the official record.
