City of Au Gres PUBLIC NOTICE
To the residents of the City of Au Gres, Arenac County:
Please be notified that the City of Au Gres is currently working on the proposed 2024 – 2028 Parks and Recreation Plan. The City of Au Gres will open the required 30-day public comment period on the proposed plan. The comment period will be open between December 14, 2023, to January 12, 2024.
The draft plan is available for review and download on the home page of the City of Au Gres website at www.cityofaugresmi.com or may be viewed at 124 W. Huron, Au Gres, MI 48703. Please direct email comments to LaVonne Pritchard, City Clerk/Treasurer, at cityofaugres@cityofaugresmi.com.
The City of Au Gres will hold a public hearing on the draft plan at the Parks & Recreation meeting on January 16, 2024, at 5:00 pm at City Hall. Please check the City website for meeting updates.
This notice is posted in compliance with the Open Meetings Act, Public Act 267 of 1976, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. The Parks & Recreation Committee will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting or public hearing upon five-days’ notice to the Parks & Recreation Chairman.
